GRENACHE & SYRAH

Grenache rosé 2006

The grapes are tasted to determine their full maturation. This wine is made out of a single vine of clay and calcerous soil. "The yield is mostly natural but it happens that we cut outs out some grapes.... "

The harvest is made during the night and the grapes are desteemed as soon as their arrival at the cellar toprevent any oxydation.

The Wine is made out of a very clean bleeding.

Then a five weeks cold maceration is performed.

A nice pink & garnet colour with vivid reflections. the nose is pretty and intense reveals aromas of fresh red fruits with citrus fruits. 

This 100% grenache are impressive with an intense taste and a fantastic balance.

This wine is ideal to share with friends over... a nice couple of jokes

Syrah rosé 2006

The grapes are tasted to determine their full maturation. This wine is made out of a single vine of a limeous soil. "The yield is mostly natural but it happens that we cut outs out some grapes.... "

The harvest is made during the night and the grapes are desteemed as soon as their arrival at the cellar toprevent any oxydation.

The Wine is made out of a very clean bleeding.

Then a four weeks cold maceration is performed. .

Purple reflection on an intense robe the nose smells of fresh red fruits and herbs and spices.

This 100% syrah has a great expression of balance, witty and fruitty hinted with a cidity

this wine is ideal to share with friends over... a nice couple of jokes just like its Grenache pendant.

The Domain is located at the foot of the Alpilles on a shaled soil.

Syrah 40% Cinsault 40% Grenache 20%.

A blast of red flowers, a powerful bouquet and a perfect Balance.

The Domain, which belongs to the same family since 1720, is located in the "Haut Var" on dry clayey and chalky soils.

The Castle got its name from the Marquis de Rabillaud who owned it 3 centuries ago. The vineyard spreads over 15 ha on the village of Puyricard, on clayey and chalky soils.

The oldest Chateau of the appellation. It is located on the Générac terroir and was first listed in 1749.

The soil is very poor and dry, covered with peebles. The vines are surrounded by high black cypresses thus forming a natural "Clos".

The grape mix is very typical of the appellation with 75% Grenache & 25% Syrah.

The robe has an intense rose petal tint. The noze makes one think about citrus fruits and peach juice. In the mouth it has a very nice liveliness.
