Family Domain of 45 hectares , the whole family is involved in the winemaking for four generations and this generation is creating wine since 1973. The wine area became very important around the domain. |
| Nos méthodes de vinification sont traditionnelles. Une partie du vieillissement est effectuée en fût, l’autre partie en cuve, pour une production annuelle de 300 000 bouteilles (40% en exportation) dont 95 % de rouge et rosé, le reste en blanc. |

We are using taditional wine making technics. Part of the aging is performed in oak, and tanks for the rest. The yearly production is about 300 000 bottles among which 40 are sold aboard. The productioin is of 95% reds and 5 ù rosé and White. |

From a chalky-clayey and a silty soil. From a traditional vinification with a 5 to 7 days vatting period the wine is then matured in tanks. Merlot 30 % It is a light, fruity and aromatic wine, with a red fruit nose and a full and gracious mouth.

From a chalky-clayey and a silty soil this wine is raised in vats for 8 to 12 days before resting. A violet shade on a deep robe, a fresh and aromatic wine both soft and round in the mouth. the aromas reflect red fruits and spices altogether with melting tannins. 1 year in 225 Liters

From a chalky-clayey and silicious-clayey soil.The syrah is vinified into automated punching vats (to allow a better extraction of both colours and tannins). The Grenache is vinified following the traditional way but with long-lasting maceration (up to 30 days). The wine then rests into tanks. A deep purple robe, deep but limpid. A very aromatic nose, smelling of red fruits, blackberries, candied berries and liquorice. In the mouth this very ample, round and well-structured wine keeps all of his promises and reveals a soft and velvet side.

C'est un vin au tanins rustiques, plein de rondeurs, de corps et de gras. Les arômes sont de cassis et de vanille avec une note boisée. 1 an barriques 225L chêne Grenache 40%
